InvestmentOS TZ respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, full name and optional profile details such as gender, region and industry.
• Investment data: holdings, transactions, watchlists, target allocations, dividends and portfolio notes that you enter.
• Land data: plot details, valuations and evaluations that you save.
• Technical data: browser type, access times, and authentication tokens stored locally in your browser.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To display your personal portfolio, analytics, plan and ledger.
• To generate aggregated, non-identifiable platform statistics for admin analytics.
• To send optional notifications such as the monthly allocation reminder.

3. Data storage and security

Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Platform data is stored in JSON files or a configured database backend. We use standard security practices including HTTPS, role-based access controls, and token-based authentication. Admin users can view aggregate counts but cannot browse another user's individual holdings unless explicitly granted.

4. Cookies and local storage

The platform stores access tokens and refresh tokens in your browser's localStorage so you stay signed in during a session. These tokens are not used to track you across other websites.

5. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties for authentication (Supabase) and optional data scraping (Apify). We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile, delete individual holdings or transactions, and sign out at any time. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact the platform administrator.

7. Children's privacy

InvestmentOS TZ is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Continued use after the effective date of an updated policy means you accept the changes.
