Welcome to InvestmentOS TZ. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the InvestmentOS TZ platform, including the land intelligence, stocks, funds, bonds, plan and ledger modules. By signing in or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform nature

InvestmentOS TZ is a personal investment intelligence dashboard. It aggregates publicly available market data, fund NAVs, bond auctions and land-listing information to help you organise and analyse your investments. The platform does not execute trades, hold custody of assets, or provide personalised investment advice.

2. Not investment advice

All scores, recommendations, target allocations, fund NAVs, bond yields, land valuations and alerts are generated for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should conduct your own research or consult a licensed professional before acting on any information presented here.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Admin users may access platform-wide analytics and trigger data feeds; non-admin users may only view and manage their own data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to access another user's data, interfering with automated data feeds, scraping the service in a way that degrades performance, uploading malicious content, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Data accuracy

Market data, NAVs, land listings and other third-party information are refreshed on a best-effort basis using public sources, scheduled crons and optional admin-triggered syncs. Delays, errors or omissions may occur. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any data.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, code, analysis models and generated reports are the property of InvestmentOS TZ. You may use the platform for your personal investment tracking but may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell any part of the service without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestmentOS TZ and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, reliance on its data, or investment decisions made based on its outputs.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
